Endless (Jointless) conveyor belt
Endless conveyor belt, also known as a jointless conveyor belt, refers to a flat conveyor belt with vulcanized joints (also known as hot sticky joints), without any joint in the production process, and becomes a circular conveyor belt. Special design rubber with excellent performance of high abrasion strength, impact-resistance, tear-resistance, good elasticity and wear-resistance.
Feature Characteristics of Endless (Jointless) conveyor belts:
- Maximum Uniformity of thickness and strength of the belt surface.
- Option for minimum elongation at reference load.
- Top cover can also be designed and embossed in various, smooth surface or chevron surface bases on clients need.
Suitable for working conditions of special equipment requiring coreless jointless, such as tumble shot blasting machine, bucket elevator etc.
